Look at the wisdom here: 1. If by accepting, you are going to encourage the innovation and they will continue doing it, then do not accept it. 2. If accepting is a means to actually call them and give da'wah to them, and they would benefit from it and stop celebrating such things, then do so. And Allah knows best.
