Assalamu alaikum I work part time in a halal fast food restaurant, on my duty there’s usually 2-3 guys in total and one female (Muslim), the place is really small and we work next to each other, I try my best not to touch the female accidentally, is it allowed to work in such place?

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala protect us. Free mixing is not allowed, and you are the judge of your own circumstances; you can see if there is free mixing or not. However, in some countries, it is very difficult—sometimes almost impossible—to find a job where there is no free mixing. In these cases, we cannot simply tell people not to work or not to have a job. Ultimately, you know your own situation best: are there jobs available to you that have no free mixing at all, from which you can still make a decent living or not.
