While I was at work, the toilet was dirty and so I urinated standing up and saw a drop fall on my pants, (not waswas). I clearly saw it. And I didn’t have extra clothes. What to do in this case as I had to pray the Fard prayers at work with these clothes? I still prayed. Should I still pray in this?

Just wash the spot where the drop of urine touched. You don't need to change and wash all of your clothes—just clean the spot itself.
