أحسن الله إليكم، Under what circumstances is someone who broke an oath allowed to fast three days for expiation instead of feeding or clothing ten people, or freeing a slave? Does serious hardship count, or only complete inability? جزاكم الله خيرًا

If you are incapable of paying the expiation, then you fast 3 days.
