My relatives say that if our garment touches the bathroom floor and the bathroom floor is wet, then the garment becomes impure is this true? Doesn’t the wet part become impure or does it even become fully impure and if it becomes a little wet how do we deal with it? I am not suffering from waswas

I think your relative is suffering from waswas and needs to adress it. If not, the answer is no we do not give the ruling that something is impure unless we see actual impurity on it. Rulings are not applied based on guessing.
