Is selling individual Pokémon cards (acquired by buying large card collections) impermissible because the cards ultimately originated from opening Pokémon packs (considered gharar)? The buyer always knows exactly which card they buy and the agreed price. If so,what should be done with past earnings?

When you sell that which is designated, this is not forbidden. However, where is the benefit in any of this? I do not understand.
