I live in germany, and i pray mostly at home, as no mosque is nearby. I usually recite surah fatihah and next surah aloud because its make me focus more and it helps in memorisation. Is it okay if i recite loudly in all the salah even in dhur and asar, where the sunnah is to recite slow?

No, don't go against the Sunnah. In Dhuhr and Asr, pray silently. In the other salawats and in your voluntary prayer, you can pray out loud.
