Allah loves consistency, so is it bidah if I give a 2 dollar sadqah every Friday ? My intention is not that I will get more benefits from sending money on Friday, but rather I am busy during the week, and Friday is the one day I can consistently remember because I have jummah on Fridays too.

Sure, for those reasons it is no a bid'ah. It is best if you give on other days as well, and occasionally on a Jumu'ah you don't do so, so that it doesn't become a fixed habit or something that is always consistent.
