My wife is abroad. When I go to visit her at the airport. We tend to hug as welcome or hug as good bye when leaving or maybe kiss the forehead. This is seen normal in airport as other people do so. But is this permissible or is this public indecency?

This is not befitting, whether in a Muslim or non-Muslim country. This is not befitting for Muslims.
