Extended family has photos of me (a sister) from young, beautified and not beautified family photos, including non mahram extended family. Is it a must I go to them individually and ask them to delete. What about my sister in laws incase these photos are shared without consent?

Yes, if they are going to show photos of you after puberty to foreign men and so on, then you have to ask them to destroy them and not show them to non-mahrams. You can send them a message making a polite request, and that is it. You have done what is required of you. Of course, this should be done without exaggeration, digging too deep, or falling into OCD.
