A brother say me to ask with you shykh, "Assalamualaikum ya shykhaana I hide my Salafi identity from everyone, especially my family, for fear that if they found out, they may block me away from seeking ilm and might force me to study Sufism. Is this hiding permissible, and what's your advice?"
