Assalamu Alaikum Shk, Our Isha is at 11:20pm and I consistently keep getting late to pray it. Fajr is at 3:13am and I have read that I should pray Isha before midpoint of the two. Because the time is so short, I end up praying closer to 1:30 or 2am. Is that makruh? Would it be accepted? Jazak Allah

Pray Isha at its due time. If it is before midnight, then this is good, and delaying it like this is the Sunnah. Unless they pray it at the Masjid in the Jama'at, then what is better for you is to go to the Masjid and pray it in congregation, rather than delaying it until before midnight.
