What to do if I took knowledge from someone I didn't know I wasn't supposed to take knowledge from out of ignorance?

No problem stop listening to him and start learning from trustworthy sources and if there are mistakes that u have learned they will show up in sha'a Allah as long as u r seeking knowledge and u can correct them.
