Ustadh, I played this game for its graphics and combat. While upgrading my character, I found an item that says it increases Qi by 40%. Qi refer to Buddhist spiritual energy. Since my character's powers come from this, can I keep playing if the game has no rituals or invocations to activate it

Since you suffer from Waswas and you will keep digging deep in order to know these things, I advise you to quit almost all games because you will always find something wrong with them. In regards to your question, if there are references to Buddhism and so on, just play something else. Barakallahu feekum.
