Assalamu Alaykum, In sujood, are the feet meant to be touching each other? If so, is this the whole of each foot touching each other or just the big toes?

There are two opinions for the people of ilm: that they should touch each other, or that they remain separate. As for whether it is from the toe, the middle of the foot, or from the back and so on, this is digging way too deep. BarakAllahu feek.
