1. If my voice cracks during the opening takbeer or Al-Fatihah aloud, should I ignore it and continue? 2. I've been advised not to drive for 6 months or 1 year after my last seizure. Six months is almost up. Would it be irresponsible to drive to a nearby dars if I follow the 6-month view?

Don't fall into Waswas and listen to your doctors. Try to be as safe as possible and only drive when the doctors allow you to. If they haven't cleared you, then don't do so. You can visit your doctors first, and they will tell you whether you can or cannot drive.
