Assalamualaykum, I Need Advice. Isha Iqamah 10:30pm Fajr Athan 3:15 and Iqamah at 4:15AM. Mosque is 5 minute drive. My job starts at 8 AM and is 30 minute drive. I come home around 2pm from work. How should I sleep so I can worship but also not be tired at work?

Well, if you cannot hear the adhan without the speakers, it is not mandatory to go to the masjid. Instead, you can pray jama'ah at home. You can pray jama'ah at home at the time of Isha itself and then sleep. The same applies to Fajr: you can pray, sleep afterwards if you wish, and then go to your work. If you are able to find a system where you can go to the masjid without it being extremely tiring or exhausting, then you can do so, insha'Allah Ta'ala. If not, you should pray jama'ah at home.
