,أحسن الله عليكم أستاذ What is the ruling on combining the 2 rakah's after wudu with Salah ad-Duha and the Sunan Rawatib? جزاكم الله خيرًا

Pray the Dhuha alone and the Sunnah al-Ratiba alone. As for after wudu: yes, whichever of these two salahs you perform, insha'Allah, it will suffice for the Sunnah of wudu.
