One of my students from Germany asked me:- What is the correct methodology for advising a new Muslim about mistakes or practices that may conflict with Islam when there is concern that immediate correction could push him away or discourage him?

Wisdom and care must be exercised keep in mind u do not want to push him away from Islam. Be very patient and only advise when it is necessary and if he accepts. If u do not know how let someone else advise.
