There is a sadaqah website that donates water tanks to Palestine and films people getting access to the water tank you donated. Is it permissible to get one intending sadaqah for my mother and show her the video. Is this better or to intend sadaqah normally. I fear im a very sinful and bad person

It is allowed in sha'a Allah, but make sure it happens through the official channels/means for such things.
