L62 Riyad As Saliheen. Can sheikh please clarify and explain on my flawed understanding. Nabi Isa will be changing a legislation that was made during the time of the final Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. By abolishing the Jizya Is it changing a ruling that was made in the prophets time? جزاك الله خيرا

Isa (alayhi as-salatu wasalam) is commanded by Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) to do so, and the Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) told us that this is what he will do, approving it. There is no violation there in any way, shape, or form. If it was a violation, the Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) would have mentioned it, rather than informing us and approving it.
