السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ الله احسن الله اليكم What is the ruling on using the word “may” when making duʿāʾ in English (e.g., “May Allah forgive you”)? Does this wording imply uncertainty regarding the acceptance of the duʿāʾ? This is a small doubt that came to my mind and is not waswās.

No, this is not doubt. "May" here means it's a nice way of saying let Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala do so and so. It's a way of praying for somebody that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala bestows such and such upon him.
