Is saying Damn. Without the intention of cursing someone Haram

It should be stayed away from. The Muslim is not a "la'an" (curser), as reported in the Hadith. We do not say "the curse of Allah," "let so-and-so be damned," or simply "damn," and so on. To do so negates this Hadith.
