Ustadh, near the end of my period I follow the hadith of Aishah(raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhā) : discharge is dry. But when I use the toilet, strain , or lift something heavy, brown discharge appears. It can last several days and doesn't come out on its own. Should I ignore it or wait?

Apologies, but can you remind me if you suffer from waswas or not? I think there was somebody with a similar name who suffers from heavy waswas, and if that is the case, the answer is going to change. If you do suffer from heavy waswas, do we even know that there is actual discharge? Or is it possible you are just obsessing over thoughts of cleanliness and so on?
