I do not understand the question. However, if the question is whether you should continue studying there versus studying in Qatar, then you can stay and study in Qatar or another Muslim country. The lands of the disbelievers, as you know, can jeopardize and pose a significant threat to your religion. But if the intention is to visit your parents, that is allowed. There is absolutely no problem with that. You can travel to the country where they are, whether it is the UK or any other country, to visit them and be dutiful to them.
