1) Does masturbation without ejaculation require ghusl and does it break the fast? 2) Is water enough to clean najasa/impurity or is washing with soap required everytime? 3) Any expiation for accidently dropping the quran mushaf? 4) Can we read Quran in janabah? 5) Can making dua change the qadr?

1. No ghusl, but if madhi comes out then yes it breaks the wudhu 2. Water is enough 3. No 4. No 5. Yes and the new qadar is also written by Allah that if you do so and so then so and so happens.
