Shaykh , When the time for Asr will enter i will be in Travel mode , Travelling to a place 85km away by car , So does that mean i can pray Asr with zuhar , before leaving home , as i will be leaving home during zuhar time. Or should i combine only when i am outside in travel mode.

No, you cannot combine while you are still at home. You only combine when you are actually considered a traveler and have covered the distance for traveling. I think you called that "traveling mode," or something like that, if this is what you mean.
