Asalamualikum, i wanted to know is it a bidah if i purposefully take care of myself and comb my beard and wear good clothing before i pray? (whether im alone or going to the mosque i do the same) am i sinful or will i be rewarded?

No, it's not an innovation and Allah commanded us to adorn ourselves when we go to the masjid.
