I want to get married to a girl online (I'm in Canada she's in Egypt) but her mother won't take it seriously(I am not fiancially ready yet, still in uni so is she) no eligible wali from her side. What should I do? I want the correct Islamic ruling Muftis tell me I need her moms permission

She must have a wali in marriage, as for her family maybe u or she can talk to them to convince them in sha'a Allah. As for you, you should get focused in order to be able to provide etc.
