In the past, I had missed an Asr prayer intentionally out of laziness. I did my Shahada again and repented to Allah. Are all my entire life’s good deeds gone? If they are all gone, is it permissible to ask Allah to restore them for me or bring the like of them for me by His mercy? Is there any hope?

No, they're not gone. I'm afraid this is OCD, and you should be very careful about indulging in it, as it can ruin your life.Close the door altogether on these thoughts. Just repent to Allah and pray. There is no need to retake the Shahada and so on; this is all part of the OCD that happened to you.
