Ik it's haram 2 sep kitten from mom too early. After weaning, mom stops nursing & distances herself. If kitten is weaned (solid food, teeth) but I'm unsure if she accepts it, can I take it? What if owner gave its bros & if I don't take it might be left alone? I think or given to someone else :(

I really don't understand your question, but if somebody is giving a cat away that's going to be in need and you can take care of her, then you can do so, inshallah.
