I have a job where I teach/help kids with autism.I will take notes/enter data of their behaviors.I figured out my company will also use my notes/data & send it to the insurance company as proof that services are provided to the kids.Only after that my company gets paid from insurance. Is this halal?

No, there is nothing on you. You are not responsible for the company itself—what it does, how it gets its money, or where it puts its money. Your job is allowed, and what you are doing is fine. This is waswasa, of course, or OCD, and you have fallen into this before. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala protect us and you.
