For 16 yrs, I followed the fatawa of good duat but theywere warned about recently. I didnt believe the warning for a yr but I dont follow now. do I have to go back&check every hukm they gave me for validity of umra, salah, sawm etc. to see if their opinion was right or am I excused due to jahl?

No, you don't. But you have to be careful in regards to the area that they made mistakes in and deviated in. So if it is in the names and attributes, for example, then you have to be careful what you have learned from them in regards to the subject.
