أحسن الله إليك Can Surah Al-Mulk,Sajdah,Zumar, and Isra be read after Isha, or do they have to be right before sleep? I saw Sheikh Aziz bin Farhan allow Surah Mulk to be read after sunset what about the others?

Yes, at night and not throughout the day. However, it is reported in the hadith that they are before sleep; the Messenger of Allah used to sleep after Isha.
