السلام عليكم 1. Regarding continuity in wudu, when washing our right foot, do both hands up to the elbow still have to be wet? Or just the left hand? 2. I used to wipe the back of my ear multiple times. Is my wudu valid? 3. Is this waswas? How do I know whether I am suffering from it or not?

You need to ignore all of these questions because, of course, they are still wet. I do not even understand how you reached the conclusion that they wouldn't be. It is not allowed for you—it is forbidden—to keep repeating the wiping of your ears or wiping and washing certain things repeatedly. If you are afraid of falling into that which is haram, then what you need to do is ignore all of these thoughts and never repeat anything. Yes, this is waswas, and I am afraid that if you continue with these thoughts, you are going to open a door of evil upon yourself that will cause a lot of hardship in your life. My advice sincerely (may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala protect us and you) is to close this door altogether: 1. Don't question these things. 2. Don't think these thoughts. 3. Don't repeat anything based on any thought.
