1. Say what you're accustomed 2. Yes, but mute the music 3. Yes 4. Yes, and pray it as one rak'ah only. You pray two rak'ahs before and you finish the salah and do taslim. Then you start a new rak'ah, which is the witr as one rak'ah only, and recite Surat al-Ikhlas after the Fatiha.
