I want to expiate for ~60 broken oaths. I talk to Pakistani NGO with a Kaffarah option for broken oaths on their website. They said they’ll feed needy children and families, including orphans. Are there any conditions for Kaffarah I should know, or should I ask them for more details before paying?

No, but how do you know that you actually really need to expiate for 60 oaths? Maybe you've made a mistake thinking that you really need to expiate for 60 and you're not. Maybe you should think about that or ask about that first.
