السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليكم Shaykh in the UK it is very common to complain about the weather, is this allowed as it is a creation from Allah سبحانه وتعالى? جزاكم الله خيرا

If they are just informing, like saying it is hot or it is cold, then this is allowed. However, a Muslim should not be complaining and getting bothered by these things. These are not the manners of the Muslims, and doing such is frowned upon. Furthermore, if he is objecting to the decree of Allah, this is forbidden.
