Is calling another book Quran shirk. I feel horrible. My sister 3 keeps on trying to take the mushaf but babies aren't as gentle so I gave her a book w 3-4 surahs , Dua and Hadiths and said read this Quran. Is this kufr. Is calling such books Quran kufr.

I've told you before in regards to this: no, this is not kufr and you suffer from waswas. Therefore, unless I'm wrong, of course, you need to tackle that problem first. You are right. It contains the Quran, as you said. Even that should not be given to them because it is respected, and you do not want the child to step on the ayat and so on. This is not allowed.
