Assalamu Alaikum Ustadh, I am an Afghan citizen on a temporary visa. Returning home means being potentially trapped in a volatile conflict zone. Does this risk constitute a necessity (Darurah) or need (Hajah) that permits seeking citizenship in a non-Muslim country for safety? JazakAllah Khair
