Ustadh, when a number of mashayikh say photos are haram but videos aren't, what is the differentiation when videos are just thousands of photos put together?

A lot of these scholars only allow it for the benefit, which is to broadcast Islamic studies and that which is needed. However, they allow it because it's not just a fixed frame.
