Assalam Alaikum, I have tried my best to abandon all forms of tabarruj but I have a mark on my face that is a noticeable green hue from a failed laser treatment I try to leave it uncovered but somedays I end up covering it with makeup minimally is this allowed because I fear it may attract attention

The face should be covered anyway as per the correct view. And under the face cover u can put creams for this purpose in sha'a Allah.
