أحسن الله إليكم Sheikh, I forgot to do sujud as-sahw after Salah, then stood up and began to say the adhkaar. Then remembered and did sujud as-sahw. Was this correct, if so then should I have restarted my adhkaar of the Salah after it?

Don't fall into waswas. Yes, this is correct. If the pause is not long, then you make sajud as sahw.
