Is it legislated to say the Du'a for rainfall when it snows? Is the time when it snows a time when du'a is accepted just like when it rains?

It is hoped that supplications are answered when it descends because it is frozen water basically, and it could be said to supplicate during it with the supplications made in rainfall, and Allah knows best.
