أحسن الله إليكم To clarify rule 35 (line 44) of Al Qawaid Al Fiqhiyyah, you mentioned this can also apply for obligations. So can you pray 2 rakat intending fajr prayer and the sunnah of wudoo or did I misunderstand?

I never said "fajr." I said "the sunnah of fajr."
