Ahsanallahu ilaykum Is it allowed do make nadhr to an person by saying " i promise you i will pray 2 raakat today" and is it shirk if you do it to jinns dead person and so on

This is a promise not nathr, as for naghr if u dedicate it to other than Allah or associate others with him this is major shirk, as for the dead etc this is very dangerous as if u believe thag they have some hidden control over the universe this is shirk as the ulama have mentioned
