Is Digital photos taken on a phone Haram? and when taking a digital photo for memories or even photos with people in it? If only stored in your digital gallery What is the evidence for the correct opinion.

There are different opinions in regards to this, as there are a very large number of hadiths regarding tasweer (which basically means image making). The difference of opinion is based upon whether photography falls under the category of image making or not: 1. Those who say it falls under image making consider it forbidden. 2. Those who say it does not fall under image making believe it is not included in the hadith and is therefore allowed. however, with the condition that they don't tamper with or make changes to the image.
