Can i follow khutbad, lectures, advices or anwsers from my imam. He is sunni but dont know his manhaj or who he took knowledge from. If it is better to avoid this do you have advice for if i get stuck in a certain matters? And can i take quran lesson (memorisation) from the mosque?

You cannot go to unknown people and take their answers. Look for someone who is trustworthy so that you can take your religion from them. As the Salaf as-Salih have told us: "Verily this knowledge is your religion, so look to whom you are taking your religion from."
