Ustadhana. I have received many shubuhat from people regarding the issue of At-Takfir Al-Muʿayyan, and I get waswas about it. How should I deal with this Sheikhana? I can understand Arabic, do you recommend me something on this topic?

The ruling of kidr will be made by a judge or those in authority and they must know each case and it's details, so why do we speak about it in general terms and say 1+1=2? This is general talk as for applying to an individual this is not for you and I, it is for the authorities.
