As-salamu alaykum ustadh. Is Private Orthodontic Clinics in the UK a halal business idea? I will be selling them paid ads & Appointment setting. I will not be providing the service personally but selling it to increase their revenue so they pay me. Most of these clinics are opened by kuffar, etc.

Can you tell me exactly what they provide? Do they provide anything that is forbidden? Of course, I'm not talking about how they take payments; that's not your problem. It only becomes an issue if you tell them you provide a funding option that involves riba. By saying, "We have this option so you can pay in riba," you are assisting in usury, which is not allowed.
